Using this exchange attachment manager, you are able to block attachments, remove attachments and save attachments easily. Attachment Save assists you with optimizing attachments exchange process in the organization. It reduces extremely large traffic growth which might appear by attachments exchange. For example, such standard messages like notifications of a placed order are regularly received by server. Order data is in the attached PDF-file. For convenient storage of order data it is reasonable to save such PDF-files in specially intended folder on server or local computer. The other example is the following: IT-regulations forbid some employees or Company departments sending files of a certain type (name, extension) via email. Attachment Save for Exchange should automatically Prevent violations of regulation by deleting the forbidden files during message receiving on Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010 server.
